At Cleoura, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

 

To start a return, contact us at rogerwinner0@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
